- Wilshire Conferences (the SemTech 2008 organizers) will provide one Poster Panel to each participant. These will be made of white poster board, dimensions of which will be 4 x 6 feet (1.2 x 1.8 metres) and 0.25 inches (6 mm) thick. Wilshire will also provide an easel for standing the poster on, as well as materials for mounting the presentation (e.g., tape, pins, etc.)
- Poster slides may be of any size the author wishes to fit the available poster board. Authors MUST bring their poster slides pre-printed as there are no facilities to produce posters at the conference. Authors may pick up the poster board and mounting materials from a designated area after midday on Monday, May 19 and are responsible for mounting their own poster display.
- Posters will be placed in or near the exhibit hall for the early part of the schedule (up to 1:15 pm) and then moved to the general foyer area for the afternoon session.
- Authors are required to stand by their posters during the “Required” timeslots to answer questions regarding their contribution. Authors may also choose to stand near their poster during other poster times, but since other activities are taking place during these times it is not required.
