Call for Presentations > What You Will Need
What you'll be asked to provide in the submission process

(Tip: use this page as a tool for information preparation prior to submitting to the CFP system)

  1. Submitter Information
    • The "Submitter" is simply the person who inputs the information online. This may be the primary speaker or a speaker's representative (including a second speaker). If "I am submitting on behalf of someone else" is selected, you will be prompted to enter basic contact information for this individual, including their "Role" (assistant, additional speaker, etc.)
  2. Speaker Information
    • Contact Information
    • If more than one speaker is proposed for a given session, the first entered is the "primary speaker"?
    • If your presentation is selected, we will ask for a speaker portrait photograph. You may upload a speaker portrait photograph during the submission process, saving you time later. (300 dpi or greater jpg file format preferred)
    • Speaker Biography (up to 150 words. Do not include a resume)
    • Optional: you may provide information about books, articles, publications, other speaker accomplishments that we should consider.
    • Additional Speakers - There is a checkbox at the bottom of the submission form that will allow you to enter an additional speaker, if necessary. Please make sure you understand the Terms and Conditions (See section 5).
  3. Session Information
    • Session Title
    • Brief description of the objective and/or content of the presentation (30 words max.)
    • Abstract (This is how your session will be described in the conference brochure and web site. Ideal format is approximately 150 words, plus 5-6 bullet points)
    • Additional Information about Presentation (anything else you think is pertinent, including books, articles, publications, etc.)
    • Identify a Topic area
    • Audio Visual requirements (note that one wireless lavaliere microphone, data projector and screen will be provided as standard equipment)
    • Do you have the necessary financial and travel approvals from your company in order to attend and speak at the conference?
