Aduna AutoFocus helps you to search and find information on your PC, network disks, mail boxes, websites and Aduna Metadata Server sources. The important difference with other search tools is that AutoFocus presents the search results using Cluster Maps. In these maps you can see how files, web pages or emails are related to your question. The birds-eye view helps you gain insight in information that is available on combinations of keywords. Another important feature of AutoFocus is the use of metadata facets, like author, file type or thesauri. The facets help the user to formulate the query. In the demonstration you will see how AutoFocus is used to find expected and unexpected results.
- Open Source tool for metadata-based search and navigation
- Search results presented in a Cluster Map for better overview
- Facets show what metadata is available in sources
- Support for multiple information sources and file types
- Significant terms summarize clusters and suggest search refinements
